Waking up to a world of white. Thick snowfall for two hours straight. What month is this? We dog-piled on the bed (poor Russ, he's under there somewhere) and watched it come down.
When I finally dragged my sick body out of bed (finally caught what Leif's been down with), I managed to make some scones and (lumpy) cream. With two of us sick, church didn't happen this morning.
Sounds like a lovely family day! :-) Rosie
ReplyDeletep.s. I do hope you feel better soon ((hugs))
You can even managage to make being sick look beautiful..lol! I hope you are feeling better very soon (it's so awful when you're Mom and you get sick..there really isn't anyone who can fill in for you!)

I'm so sorry about that awful snow.....
ReplyDeleteIt sure looks like you made a wonderful day for yourself and the children anyway :o)
Get well soon! So sorry to hear about the snow. :( It's VERY odd weather here: 83 degrees. We're in for a heart break when the weather goes back to normal.
ReplyDeleteLove those chubby baby hands on the piano keys.

Sorry to hear you're unwell Heidi.
ReplyDeleteI hope you are feeling well again soon.
I absolutely love scones and yours look delicious. Scones and fresh cream - what a delight.
When I see any pictures of your boys playing the piano I imagine how sweet the sound must be. Just adorable.
