Wow - I have SO enjoyed browsing your blog. I don't know quite how I happened upon it, but someone linked to you. I am a fellow Classical home schooler, and I direct a Classical Conversations program in NC. It is a wonderful journey, isn't it? My oldest is beginning his freshman year and we have loved every minute of it...well almost.:)I just started blogging and have really enjoyed peaking into so many fascinating women's lives. You are one of them. I will surely be back. Jen:) P.S. I browsed your beautiful photography blog to see if I could see what kind of camera you have. Do you mind if I ask?
I am still browsing and just found the answer to my camera question...thanks for the great photography post. I have a junky little digital, and it just doesn't cut it for blogs (especially close ups).:)
Ok, this is embarrassing...so wish I knew how to edit my comments into one post if at all possible. I just wanted to make sure it was Ok that I put your link on my side bar. I saw a past post from May that mentioned you would like to add friends who have linked.
No worries, Jen. :) I don't mind at all if you link me, and I added you to my friends list. Thanks for taking the time to comment and introduce yourself. I appreciate the kind words!
Hey Heidi, I am trying to get our school room in order and love yours. If you don't mind me asking, where did you get your little wood calendar and map? Thank you!! Elise
Elise~ The map I purchased at a local independent toy store, but it is available on Amazon. It is by eeBoo. (I just typed in Children's World Map to find it. They have both a world map and a U.S. map) The calendar I've seen at Target and it is also available on Amazon. (search for wooden magnetic calendar) Have fun putting together your school room!
Good girl Heidi!! Your another Amazonian I see!! Sometimes its great just to window shop on Amazon... I love to read reviews most often in the evenings. I enjoy your evening in the park... I am not sure which I enjoyed more the spirit of your evening or the camera shot.
Well Paul may have training in Seattle for Amazon next year so we are hoping to venture off and enjoy the Oregon coast... do you think we could find your little river and some park entertainment? Keep at it chica!! We are all hanging on your every word... and picture!!
I posted a pic of my Mt. Hope circle collage and it seems many people will be making their own versions. See how inspiring you are!! Love the new snowcone pics.
