We had the warmest weather today in ages- got up to 70!! It's currently (at 8pm) 61 degrees, but tomorrow it's supposed to be in the 30s again. And you had snow (then again, you are on the other side of the country from me, I'm in NJ!) Looks like the boys had fun! Great pics!! Lisa
so lovely. If I let my kids play outside today they would have froze to death. literally. It is 40 below with the wind chill. I understand now how the pioneers died.
Okay I am almost sick with envy. Tread lightly... Aside, these are truly precious... I thank God for your talents and the inspiration it lends me. Then I ask God for a fraction of your talent-- with a helping of Photoshop... tee hee.
Also, I was touched by the boys reading the other day. It is a serene sight to see young men reading.
MAGICAL!!! Winter wonderland!! Wanna trade for a couple weeks?!?
Btw, Little French Girl ... going to straight to my favorite list. I've been a baaaad mommy the last couple days and have neglected m'boys to get to the end.
Susan~ You have no idea how happy I am that you've read it and loved it. :) After reading your comment, I had to sneak away and read a just a few pages. Sigh. It is like an ethereal bubble or something. Or like a fabulous dessert, like you mentioned. Maybe a mousse or meringue. :)
I've had those same bad mommy days myself on occasion, LOL. But I think it is great for our boys to see us so consumed by a story like that. As long as it doesn't happen *all* the time...
Beautiful pictures. Those berries in the tree are so pretty! The boys in the tree make me nervous:9!

Lovely pictures! Looks like a lot of fun was had in the snow!
ReplyDeleteThere is a cluster of trees at our church that beckon the boys every Sunday after the service. HOW do they get so high so quickly??? :)
ReplyDeleteThe photos are lovely. Snow for you - rain for us: 50+ degrees out today.
