ps. y'know, it's not often I catch all three boys in one picture (so those first few are treasures, indeed), but this weekend I was so happy to catch a candid snapshot of my boys at the beach, all backlit and having fun ... got home and loaded it; it's totally blurry. and not, like, artsy blurry. sigh.
skeller~ Argh! I hate it when that happens. (And it happens to me *a lot*.) I really had to bribe the boys to walk together without running in all directions, LOL. So, it isn't exactly a candid, natural pose, but I like it anyway. (The picture I posted Sunday evening of all the boys going different directions was much more natural. :))
Sandy Toes~ We live about an hour and a half away. Not bad for a day trip, or even half a day! My boys do really well in the car. We just need to get there more often.
I love these pictures. You are a very talented photographer. If you don't mind me asking, what lens did you use to take these beach shots and at what settings. I'm just beginning to get into photography and could use some tips. Also, I wanted to share something really bizarre with you. I've been following your blog for a couple of months (and really enjoy it), but last week I had a dream and you were in it. How weird is that to dream about someone you've never met except via their blog! (LOL). Maureen p.s. I spent last night at the ER with my son who broke his finger at the knuckle. Never a dull moment with kids, that's for sure.
Maureen~ Thanks for the kind words! I've had those sort of dreams, too. :) Sorry about your trip to the ER! What are we going to do with these kids?! I have a photography post coming up. Stay tuned....
